At Easy Go Orlando, we are committed to delivering your rental equipment safely and on time. Please read this policy carefully before completing your reservation.
All deliveries are scheduled within a 60-minute arrival window. Our team will contact you via SMS or WhatsApp at (321) 522-6403 to coordinate the exact time and delivery location.
We deliver to the following areas in and around Orlando, FL:
Orders of $90 or more qualify for free delivery and pickup. Orders under $90 are subject to a delivery fee based on location.
We deliver daily from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST. Deliveries outside of these hours may be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

No refunds or credits will be issued for equipment returned before the end of the reserved rental period. The full rental fee applies regardless of early return.
The customer is fully responsible for all damage, loss, or theft of rental equipment during the rental period. Damage charges will be assessed based on repair or full replacement cost and charged to the credit card on file. Replacement values are:
If actual repair or replacement costs exceed the values listed above, the customer will be responsible for the full amount. Easy Go Orlando reserves the right to obtain repair estimates from licensed technicians.
By placing a reservation, you authorize Easy Go Orlando to charge the credit card provided for any of the following:
The customer assumes full responsibility for the safe and appropriate use of all rented equipment. Easy Go Orlando is not liable for any injuries, accidents, property damage, or incidents of any kind occurring during the use of rental equipment. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that all users of the equipment are physically capable and properly trained to operate it safely.
Any disputes regarding charges or this policy should be directed to Easy Go Orlando via SMS at (321) 522-6403 before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your credit card provider. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and promptly.
Easy Go Orlando reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your reservation will apply to your rental agreement.
